I want to start out by saying a huge thank you for the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the mantience man Geneo ! He did a phenomenal job at communicating and getting our toilet fixed in a timely manner !! Our toilet was leaking pretty badly but he got it fixed in no time at all, we did not have to wait very long !! If there was an option for more than 5 stars that young man Geneo deserves it !! Great experience, above and beyond

It was a wonderful experience and very smooth sailing. I had so many questions but they were answered quickly and with good explanation as well as guidance. I particularly appreciate Dra as they have been very helpful in my journey of finding a new place.

Ben, the hvac maintenance worker, was very helpful. He took his time and really fixed the issue. Definitely is the most helpful we have experienced with home teams. His work ethic and mannerism were very good. He showed genuine care for us. Thank you Ben!!

Geneo was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it very quickly. He then went out of his way to make sure we understood what he was doing and why. He also went out of his way to double check other potential issues just to make sure he didn’t miss anything. He was extremely respectful.

Mike was extremely helpful and personable; I had the chance to meet him yesterday! He fixed my daughter’s toilet and even put in a new light! He was quick and super nice as well! Would definitely recommend him!

Mike was great! I put in a request for the carbon monoxide alarm and he changed the battery for that and our smoke detectors as well! He also showed me how to do it myself which was great! He’s a very sweet guy!

I put in a request for a leak in my bathroom sink and Mike and Matt fixed it very quickly, and they also showed me how to clean out the sink drain if needed. They were very nice to me, which I really appreciated. I have had issues with Hometeam maintenance before, so I was very happy that Mike and Matt were able to fix my problem efficiently while also being very kind.
